On a technical end, I help friends and family fixed up something like 4 computers over this past month. My own personal machine finally got RSS all hooked up with all the links. I am finding RSS to be quite a bliss to use. Especially more so since the RSS Reader I’m using rides on top of Mozilla. Sage is an extension that probably ranks as high as Adblock.
For me, bookmarks seem to go the way of the dodo compared to RSS feeds. I can get newsfeeds and keep tabs on the websites I visit all without going directly to their site unless I find content that catches my eye. So this blog entry is to RSS and Sage and the Opensource community.
