Blogs!

I got quite a shock today when I did a search under google for “Jacob Pang”. It seems that blogs are in general are placed in very high emphasize by blogs. I got number 1, 2, 3 under those searches. In fact, I think just less than a month ago, I was in the 100s instead of having the top spot.

I can defintely see the power of blogs now, at least in regards to search engines. Defintely something to look at if I am going to be doing some guerilla marketing.

Next up, I will do some searches under Yahoo and MSN to see if I am number 1 there as well. Update, I did a rough check and I’m number 1 in Yahoo as well but not MSN. Blogs do rule!
